Ilaria Cucchi 2018
In 2018, shortly after the statements that led to the conviction of two carabinieri for the murder of Stefano Cucchi, Jorit created a large mural dedicated to Ilaria Cucchi at Arenella to raise awareness of justice in the community. The mural depicts the proud, fighting face of Ilaria Cucchi and is a tribute to the woman who for ten years has fought with tenacity and perseverance to bring to light the judicial truth about the death of her brother Stefano Cucchi, who lost his life after a violent beating at the Casilina police station in Rome on 22 October 2009 while in pre-trial detention. The mural was created together with the children of the Progetto Adolescenti "La città dei ragazzi" followed by the Coop. La Locomotiva.
