The platform called NapoliForMe is created by the Metropolitan City of Naples as part of the European Projects called PON Metro and allows the provision of tourist services aimed at citizens, tourists and operators in the sector to cover all homogeneous areas and municipalities of the metropolitan city of Naples who formally joined the project through institutional collaboration agreements.

The personal data processed through the NapoliForMe platform are strictly necessary for the functionalities provided by the platform itself and used by the user, as well as for related and instrumental activities, in the performance of the institutional and public interest tasks of the Data Controller or for the fulfilments required by law or regulation.

Your personal data are also provided by you during the registration phase to the NapoliForMe Portal or the associated Mobile App, through the authentication methods provided; this information is acquired and processed by the platform in order to be able to deliver all the information and documents related to your searches, consultations and content customizations.

Obligation or option to give data

The provision of Personal Data is functional for the enjoyment of certain portal features: saving personalized content in the Favorites section, the ability to provide feedback, using the Around me feature in the App, and receiving Push notifications.

Failure to provide Personal Data will result in your inability to take advantage of the aforementioned services provided by the portal.

The processing related to the services offered by the IT platform NapoliForMe takes place both at the headquarters of the Metropolitan City of Naples, which acts both as Data Controller for the data within its competence and at the offices of the Joint Data Controllers, each for the data within its competence.

The Information Systems Office of the Metropolitan City of Naples also acts as the Data Processor in relation to the computer management of the data in any case recorded in the platform; the processing of such data handled only by mainly technical personnel, authorized to the processing, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and not exceeding the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.

Personal data are processed by computer, manual and telematic means using suitable security, organizational, technical and physical measures aimed at preventing the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, in order to ensure that your personal data processed adequately and in accordance with the purposes for which they are managed.

Categories of data and stages of processing

Data processing mainly includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of activities and steps:

The Data Controller Administration and other Contracting Administrations facilitate the exercise of the rights of data subjects (individuals to whom the data refer) under Articles 15 to 22 of the EU Regulation.
